The White Lotus was founded by a mum for mums, busy individuals, working couples, small and big families — for everyone. Hi! I’m Poonam Gandhi, the chef preparing everything at the White Lotus (fully vegetarian). I have a son, Kairav, who was born in September 2025. His name means “White Lotus”, which inspired the name of this business. I was born and raised in Singapore — the Lion City, the Little Red Dot. All my life, I was spoilt for choice with delicious food influenced by the many diverse Asian cultures around me. The White Lotus will bring familiar Asian favourites to everyone who craves flavourful, satisfying and comforting food. Thank you for supporting this one-woman operation, run from my kitchen.
