4.3 IPLUK does not guarantee specific marketing results, follower counts, lead volumes, or return on investment from any marketing engagement. Performance depends on market conditions, client input, and platform algorithms outside IPLUK's control.
4.4 Community distribution through IPLUK and IWLUK channels is provided at IPLUK's discretion and subject to community guidelines and editorial standards.
5.1 IPLUK Event Management services are available for events in the UK only.
5.2 Any engagement for event management will be governed by a separate written event agreement, which will set out scope, timescales, fees, payment terms, and cancellation conditions specific to each event.
5.3 Where third-party venue bookings, vendor deposits, or advance payments are required, these will be communicated to the client in advance and are subject to the terms of those third-party suppliers.
5.4 IPLUK is not liable for the failure of any third-party vendor, venue cancellation, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to adverse weather, venue closure, or force majeure events).
5.5 IPLUK's vendor recommendations are made in good faith based on established community relationships. IPLUK does not guarantee the performance of any third-party vendor.
6.1 IPLUK Career Consultancy provides guidance, community introductions, and professional support. It is not a regulated recruitment agency and does not operate under the Employment Agencies Act 1973 as a placement service.
6.2 IPLUK does not guarantee job placement, salary outcomes, interview success, visa approval, or any specific career result from our consultancy engagement.

7.2 Directory ranking reflects the subscription tier chosen by the service provider. Higher-tier placement is a commercial arrangement and does not constitute an endorsement by IPLUK of the quality of that provider's services.
7.3 IPLUK Solutions is not a party to any agreement between a directory user and a listed service provider. Any engagement, contract, or transaction between a user and a listed provider is entirely between those two parties.
7.4 If you have a complaint about a listed service provider, please contact us at hello@indiansinlondonuk.com and we will review the listing in line with our community standards.
7.5 IPLUK reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing at its sole discretion if a provider is found to have breached our community standards, acted dishonestly, or received substantiated complaints.
