This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms that apply when you engage IPLUK Solutions for any of our services, and what happens if you need to cancel or if circumstances change.
This policy applies to all services offered by Indian Professionals in London & UK Ltd ("IPLUK Solutions", "we", "us", "our") through ipluksolutions.com.
Please read this policy carefully before engaging any of our services. By proceeding with any engagement, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

2.1 IPLUK Solutions does not charge upfront deposits for initial enquiries or consultations across any of our four core service areas — Real Estate, Marketing, Events, or Career Consultancy.
2.2 Submitting an enquiry form on ipluksolutions.com does not create a contractual or financial obligation on either party.
2.3 A formal engagement — and any associated fees — only begins when both parties have agreed to specific terms in writing. This written agreement will set out the fees, payment schedule, deliverables, and any cancellation terms specific to that engagement.
2.4 The terms below set out the standard refund and cancellation position for each service area. Where a specific written agreement contains different terms, those specific terms will take precedence.
3.1 Enquiry and Consultation
There is no charge for submitting a Real Estate enquiry or for an initial consultation with our team. You can enquire, discuss your goals, and receive an introduction overview with no obligation and no fee.
3.2 Developer and Partner Introductions
IPLUK Real Estate Services facilitates introductions to channel partners — Godrej Properties, Danube Ltd, and CBRE. IPLUK does not charge buyers a direct advisory fee for these introductions.
Once an introduction has been made and you proceed directly with a developer or channel partner, any reservation fees, booking deposits, or transaction costs are governed entirely by that developer or partner's own terms and conditions. IPLUK has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the refund and cancellation policies of Godrej Properties, Danube Ltd, CBRE, or any other third-party developer or partner.
3.3 Legal and Mortgage Introductions
Introductions to community sponsor solicitors and mortgage advisors — including Temple Solicitors and Mortgage Bazaar — are made at no charge by IPLUK. Any fees charged by those advisors, and their refund and cancellation policies, are entirely between you and the relevant advisor. IPLUK is not a party to those engagements.
3.4 Your Right to Withdraw
You are under no obligation to proceed with any introduction or transaction at any stage. You may withdraw from any Real Estate enquiry at any time before a formal transaction agreement is signed, with no charge from IPLUK.
4.1 No Deposit for Initial Enquiry
There is no charge for submitting a Marketing Services enquiry or for an initial strategy conversation with our team.
4.2 Formal Marketing Engagement
Any formal marketing engagement will be governed by a separate written agreement that sets out specific fees, payment terms, deliverables, and cancellation conditions. The terms below represent our standard position in the absence of a specific written agreement.

4.5 Community Distribution
Promotion through IPLUK and IWLUK community channels, once published, cannot be reversed or refunded as the content has already been distributed to community members.

IPLUK Event Management does not charge a standard advance deposit for initial event enquiries or consultations.
5.2 Third-Party Venue and Vendor Costs
For event management engagements, where third-party bookings are required — including venue deposits, vendor advances, catering deposits, entertainment bookings, or equipment hire — the following applies:

In the unlikely event that IPLUK is required to cancel an engagement due to circumstances within our control, we will provide a full refund of all IPLUK fees paid and will use all reasonable efforts to recover any third-party costs incurred on your behalf.
5.6 Force Majeure
IPLUK is not liable for cancellation or postponement caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to extreme weather, venue closure, government restriction, public health emergency, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with you and all third-party suppliers to reschedule the event where possible. Refunds will be subject to what is recoverable from third-party suppliers.
6.1 Complimentary First Consultation
The initial career consultation with our team is complimentary — there is no charge and no obligation.
6.2 Ongoing Consultancy Engagement
Where an ongoing career consultancy engagement is agreed:

IPLUK Career Consultancy does not charge a placement fee or success fee based on job placement outcomes. Our fees, where applicable, are for consultancy time and community access — not for recruitment outcomes.
7.1 Free Listings
Free directory listings carry no fee and therefore no refund or cancellation policy applies. You may request removal of your free listing at any time by contacting hello@indiansinlondonuk.com.
7.2 Paid Tier Subscriptions
Where a paid directory subscription — Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Sponsor tier — has been purchased:
7.3 Tier Upgrades
If you upgrade from a lower tier to a higher tier mid-subscription, the upgrade fee will be charged at the pro-rata rate for the remaining subscription period. The original subscription fee is not refunded.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and will process any applicable refund within 14 calendar days of confirming eligibility.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used unless otherwise agreed in writing.
9.1 If you are a consumer (an individual acting outside of a business capacity), you may have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 in addition to the rights set out in this policy.
9.2 For services agreed and commenced remotely (including via email, WhatsApp, or website enquiry), you may have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of the written agreement, during which you can cancel without charge — unless you have expressly requested that the service begin within that 14-day period, in which case a pro-rata charge for work completed may apply.
9.3 Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy affects your statutory rights. If you are unsure of your rights, you can seek independent advice from Citizens Advice or the Competition and Markets Authority.
10.1 If you are unhappy with how a cancellation or refund request has been handled, please contact us at hello@indiansinlondonuk.com and we will do our best to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.
10.2 If we are unable to resolve a dispute directly, you may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution service or seek legal advice.
10.3 This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
